Instructions
  1. Fillings of your choice (cheese, ham, bacon, tomatoes, olives, etc.)
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat and add a dash of olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, kale, parsley and garlic powder until well integrated. Pour into the hot pan and cook until the edges are done.
  4. Flip the omelet and cook for another minute before adding the chosen fillings and folding over. Heat through and serve.
